As a graphic designer, I value many things, clean and elegant design, creative problem-solving, and meticulous use of typography. The one thing I value above all else is customer satisfaction.

Blended Interactions Workshop
Research Assistant
Farmingdale State College and Edinburgh Napier University, UK.
This workshop was a collaboration between Farmingdale State College and Edinburgh Napier University, UK. in partnership with Fairfield Properties Ballpark home of the Long Island Ducks. The goal of the 2-week workshop was to research, test, and develop prototypes for Blended Interactions at Fairfield Property Ballpark, in order to increase the likelihood of returning patrons.

Responsibilities:

Onsite visits and documenting intricate details of the location with photography.

Conducted IRB-certified survey of ballpark fans.

Development of empathy maps and personas based on data collected during the survey.

Ideation, design, production, and delivery of final High-Fidelity Prototypes.
